S- Solder Retract & TIM (reflow timer)

S+ - Secondary Solder Feed

CY1 On & Timer

CY1 Off (retract iron tip)

CY 1 OFF retracts the iron tip

for completion of WK cycle.

Robot will move to next

programmed location.

S- retracts the solder back away from the

iron tip. TIM is a reflow timer. This tells

the robot how long to leave the iron tip

down to reflow the solder.

CY 1 ON – Extend Tip

TIM – Pre-Heat for

1.0 second

TIM – Reflow Timer

Leave Iron Tip on Joint

for 1.0 second

S+ Pre-feed 6.5 mm

@ 30 mm/sec.

S+ Feed 20 mm

@

10 mm / sec.

S- Retract Solder 4.0 mm

@ 30 mm/sec.
